Delete your FixNear account

FixNear, by NK Tools. You can delete your account at any time, as a rider or as a mechanic.

In the app

Open FixNear and sign in.
Riders: tap the menu button (☰) at the top left of the map, then Account and settings. Mechanics: tap the settings gear at the top right.
On the Account screen, scroll down and tap Delete account, then confirm.

Deletion happens straight away.

Without the app

If you've uninstalled FixNear or can't sign in, email anithabheesetty@gmail.com from the Google account you used with FixNear, with the subject "Delete my FixNear account". We'll delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

Your name, email address, mobile number and the link to your Google account
Every photo you uploaded: profile, shop, ID document and problem photos
Your notification token and, for mechanics, your shop listing and saved locations
Notes, landmarks and review comments you wrote

Any open booking is cancelled.

What we keep

Past booking records stay, without your name, phone number or photos: the problem type, status, times and amount. They keep the other person's job history accurate. Server logs are deleted within 30 days.

Deleting your account can't be undone. If you sign in again later, you start a new account.
